Peflex 4PPAAEN - Flexible Ventilation - Aluminum

Peflex 4PPAAEN is a flexible insulated and perforated air duct for medical grade sound attenuation with encapsulation to avoid contact with the insulation.

4PPAAEEN Peflex Medical

PRODUCT DETAILS

  • Constructed from two layers of pure aluminum and two layers of polyester, encapsulating a galvanized wire.

  • The internal duct is perforated over more than 25% of its surface area for substantial attenuation of airborne noise.

  • Unique encapsulation system prevents any contact between air and insulation fibers, ensuring better air quality. Cannot be cut on site.

  • Corrosion resistant and fully water repellent, able to withstand high operating pressures thanks to the quad-lamination process.

  • High flame resistance, with non-combustible aluminum internal walls and flame retardant adhesive.

  • Low internal friction coefficient, reducing system energy consumption.

  • Standard length 6', with custom lengths available upon request.

CURVATURE DIAMETER

0 times the diameter of the conduit.

MATERIALS AND DIAMETERS

  • Aluminum with galvanized wire.

  • Diameters: 3", 4", 5", 6", 7", 8", 9", 10", 12", 14", 16", 18", 19", 20".

USES
